Where Am I Now?

I am currently living in Morocco and working for surf maroc which is based in Taghazout. I cater for yoga retreat’s and surf camps. In addition to this I am offering guests the opportunity to participate in hands on cooking classes that involve trips to the local village and market where we shop for ingredients to be used in the evening meal. Then we prepare a Moroccan inspired vegetarian feast for all the guests to enjoy!

In July I will be travelling in Morocco in search of perfect waves and delicious and inspiring food. Keep an eye on the blog section for tales of mouth watering adventures.

In August and September I will be in Brazil checking out the local cuisines and no doubt drinking a tonne of sugar cane juice to keep my body fueled and cool. I have also heard the beer is world class so im looking forward to that. Keep an eye on the blog for some South American action.
